Nikie has carried Pilates as both a profession and a calling for over 20 years.
What began as a path back after a back injury became the foundation for everything that followed: certification as an instructor, then as a Personal Trainer and Health & Nutrition Coach, always with a focus on women's wellness.
When she became a mother, she began to look more closely. At what she puts on and into her body. At whether values and efficacy truly belong together. She moved to natural products and started imagining something: a place that feels like a high-end magazine, but one where the research has already been done. No exhaustion from too many labels. No piecing things together from ten different sources.
She carried that vision with her for eight years. Then she decided: now. She left her career in marketing and e-commerce and built what she had built for others, this time for herself. The logo. The platform. A place in Nacka that is now the physical heart of Mywellniverse.
