General Conditions

We currently ship within Germany and to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Poland.

Shipping Costs (All prices include VAT)

• Free shipping within Germany and the listed EU counties.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are as follows:

• Germany: 2 – 3 business days

• EU Countries: 4 – 5 business days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order includes multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
