Shipping

General Conditions:
We currently ship within Germany and to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Poland.

Shipping to other countries is currently unavailable.

Shipping Costs (All prices include VAT)
• Domestic Shipping (Germany): Free of charge.
• EU Shipping: €12
• Free shipping for orders over €150 to all listed EU countries.

Delivery Times:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are as follows: • Germany: 2 - 3 business days • EU countries: 4 - 5 business days(For prepayment orders, the delivery period begins once the payment has been received.)

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
