Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(Consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
or from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (S. Zimmermann // LE O’ BU, Tal 44, 80331 Munich, Tel: +49 1514 2808439, Email: office@leobu.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. 
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
    •    for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
    •    for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts
    •    for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
    •    for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
